Present Chairman of the Bank is Mr. Shridhar Gaikwad, a person with successful business record. Mr. Gaikwad is a Fabricator, having started his business with a scratch and has taken it to most enviable heights. He has to his credit a number of large projects, the most prestigious being the work carried out for Ram Mandir at Ayodhya.
Mr. Gaikwad is a seasoned professional, who believes in quality, commitment, team work and a well defined target to chase. He believes that all businesses, and for that matter even personal deals should be transparent. He does his own business with ethics and best of busiiness policies.
He has recently taken over as the Chairman of the Bank and is committed to take the legacy of his predecessors like Adv. Mohite, CA Janardan Ranadive, Shri Babanrao Bhegade further in his tenure as the Chairman. He is proud of the philosophy set out by the founders and religiously carried further by earlier Chairmen right till this date. He is committed to work as the Trustee of the customer's funds.
He believes that all the constituents of any business should have the same goal. Unless a strong team of staff and the Board Members is in place the growth of the business cannot achieve needed pace. He, therefore, feels that Bank's staff should be inspired, satisfied and hard worker. If there is no defined target to chase, the pace of growth is quite slow. He has set a target of Rs.500 crore for himself to increase the business during his tenure as the Chairman.
Mr. Gaikwad is a dynamic, target chaser and transparent businessman. He is inspired to set another milestone in Bank's business.
